In our online sessions, we meditate with our videos off so that we are more inclusive of folks and so that we focus on ourselves (and not on others or how we might look to others). I guide everyone through 30 minutes of breath, stillness, and reflection. This strives to be an inclusive space - whether it's your first or your hundredth time meditating, you will gain something from this experience. I currently do not have closed-captioning but hope to make this even more inclusive by adding this component when I can.
